3.2团体人寿保险

Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance benefits are included in the Basic Group Life Insurance Plan. The amount of life insurance for which you are eligible is determined by your base pay, exclusive of overtime pay, shift differential 支付等. In addition to the Basic Group Term Life Insurance and the Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverages provided, your spouse and eligible dependents are each provided with $5,000 of term life insurance at no cost to you. An Additional Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance Plan is offered to all regular employees 有资格参加基本计划. This plan provides all eligible employees an opportunity to purchase additional amounts of term life insurance over and above the amount provided 根据基本计划.
